This Web site is administered by the DBE1 staff at RTI International RTI International.

This site is designed to disseminate information about DBE to the public, and to allow DBE participants to share information about their efforts via news, event calendars and resources (documents and links).

RTI makes information available on this Site, subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). By accessing this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site. RTI reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. These Terms represent the entire understanding relating to the use of this Site.

Registering with this Web Site

Visitors may register with this site if they wish to receive periodic e-mail digests of new publicly available information about DBE. No registration is necessary to view any and all public information available through this site. DBE participants may register with this site to:

  • View internal information available to all DBE participants
  • View information available only to participants of their specific group
  • Submit DBE news articles
  • Add DBE events to the calendar (later phase of the website)
  • Upload DBE documents
  • Contribute links to related Web sites

All registered members are subject to the terms of use on this page with respect to contributing material to this Web site and participating in online discussion groups.

Contributing Material to this Web Site

Registered members may post new material for viewing or download by other members. Registered members of the RTI DBE team may post new material for viewing or download by other members of the RTI DBE team.

All material posted to this Web site will be approved by the DBE Web site administrator before display. RTI may change the format of such material for the convenience of our visitors, and to prevent any changes to the original content. RTI reserves the right not to post material it believes may be offensive or illegal or violates in any manner the RTI policies governing ethics, acceptable use and research with human subjects.
